Ingredients:
2 cups rice
1/2 pound hamburger
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup carrots or broccoli or spinach
4 cups water
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to medium and cook until rice is tender. Cool and serve. Store leftovers in an air tight container and refrigerate.
